See Azerbaijan, Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey in Europe Headlines

Dear Readers,

Thank you as always for your interest in the Law and Religion Headlines service of the International Center for Law and Religion Studies. We also thank you for your patience with glitches as we have been migrating Headlines to our new system.

A note:  In the past we have posted duplicate entries for headlines concerning certain countries (namely Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine) that are part of the Council of Europe but might seem, to many readers, more logically to belong in the International list.  Duplicate entries would mean that for people who subscribe to the Europe list, these items would appear in the Europe list and nowhere else, while those who did not subscribe to the Europe list could see those same items in the International list.  (No duplicates for people subscribing both to International and Europe lists.)

This protocol does not work in our new system.  So, to be sure you see news of all 47 member states of the Council of Europe, please subscribe to the Europe list, if you haven’t already.  You can do this by clicking on “Manage your subscriptions” at the bottom of any Headlines digest you receive.

It is our hope to be able to send shorter lists more frequently than we have been doing of late.  We hope this will make the lists more useful to you.

With every good wish,

The ICLRS Headlines Team
