Danielle Yolande Adjafi

Dr Adjafi Danielle Yolande is a member of the cabinet of the vice president of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire where she oversees health issues, with a focus on HIV/Aids. She is a member of the Côte d’Ivoire Country Coordinating Mechanism of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS. Prior to her current appointment, Adjafi served as technical advisor to the Cabinet of HE the Prime Minister in charge of health issues. She has a Doctorate of State in Medicine, and a professionalized master’s degree in public health, second year of psychiatry. Adjafi is an Officer of the Order of Merit of the Public Service of Côte d’Ivoire. She is a specialist in the fight against AIDS. She is skilled in planning and results-based management (GAR), management and business management, Communication for Sustainable Behavior Change (CCCD), and Community Mobilization for the prevention of pandemics. She also specializes in the quality approach in health establishments, strategies for developing advocacy documents as part of resource mobilization, strategies to combat gender-based violence, and the integration of HIV and gender in development projects.
