Tim is an attorney who practices litigation in San Francisco at Cox, Castle & Nicholson. Previously, he worked in Los Angeles at Larson O’Brien where he was part of the team that represented The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in a case which was eventually affirmed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tim holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. He previously served as a law clerk for the United States Senate. He served as a missionary in the Poland Warsaw Mission.
Jenny and Tim live in Danville, California and are the parents of three daughters. Previously, Jenny worked in Washington D.C. and Boston in various political fundraising capacities. Jenny graduated from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
