Dr Reynaldo Franco Aquíno is a former bank executive and business manager, with a strong academic background, including a bachelor's degree in social communication, a master's degree in family counseling, and a PhD in modern languages. He has held various public functions, as a member of the Electoral Court Tracking Commission, a member of the National Council of Education, a member of the Economic and Social council, for six years, and as council for four heads of state. Additionally, he has held leading academic professorships at different universities, and for the over sixteen years, he has been president of Unpi University in the Dominican Republic.
