Pham Khac Nguyen

Pham Khac Nguyen is deputy manager of the Department of Homeland Security, Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. He is responsible for the interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of religious laws and policies in Vietnam. Colonel Nguyen has a master of law degree. He is married and has two daughters.
