After receiving a degree in Accounting from BYU, Ken has developed, owned and overseen businesses in Mortgage Banking, Security, and Insurance. He was a Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America for nearly 25 years at both the District and Council Level and awarded both the Silver Beaver and BSA’s meritorious service award, the Medal of Merit, from the National Court of Honor for resuscitating his nearly drown six year old niece. Ken is a past President of the Mesa Baseline Rotary Club and currently Vice President and Director of the Kenneth E. and Becky H. Johnson Foundation. He is passionate about protecting and preserving The Constitution, Freedom, and Agency. Ken’s greatest accomplishment is finding and marrying his beautiful and talented wife, the love of his life, Amberlee.
Before becoming a mother, Amberlee studied Horticulture and Landscape Design at BYU, served a mission in the New Zealand, Auckland Mission, and worked in the Legal and Financial Management fields. Her passion is serving others, helping them to recognize their Divine Nature and Individual Worth. Amberlee is a dedicated Wife, Homemaker, and Mother who knows how to make things beautiful. She has served in many church auxiliaries, including President of her wards Relief Society and Stake Young Womens President. Both she and Ken Studied at the BYU Jerusalem Center, love serving together as ordinance workers in the Mesa Temple, and are the parents of six amazing children.
