Cecilia Titizano is a native of Bolivia of Quechua-Aymara descent. Dr. Titizano is core faculty at NAITTS (formerly known as the North American Institute for Indigenous Theological Studies), an Indigenous learning community. She also directs the Latina/o Theology and Ministry Leadership Network and the Instituto Hispano of the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University. Her research, speaking, and publications encompass Indigenous theologies, Andean philosophy and ethics, and Indigenous feminist decolonial thought. She currently serves on the advisory board of Memoria Indígena and is part of the Comunidad de Sabias y Teólogas Indígenas del Abya Yala.
