Carol Kristell de Lourdes Villanueva Anticona is a partner at Estudio De la Flor, García Montufar, Arata & Associates. She earned her law degree from the National University of San Marcos (Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos), the oldest university in the Americas. She holds a master’s degree in business law from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) and is a specialist in real estate and urban law, civil law, and administrative law. Carol provides legal counsel to both publica and private sectors entities, focusing on legal and physical diagnostics of facilities, land title studies and building regularization for sanitation, acquisitions, transfers, and security purposes, as well as design and structuring of real estate contracts and operations. She provides comprehensive advising on the planning and development of large-scale real estate projects nationwide. As part of her professional practice, she provides specialized legal counsel to religious organizations, supporting their institutional development in areas such as real estate, construction, and regulatory compliance. Villanueva has taught at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and the University of Piura (UDEP) and is a frequent lecturer on topics related to her areas of expertise.
