Brazilian government gives diplomatic passport to religious leader

The Brazilian government published in the DOU (Diário Oficial da União) that it has granted two religious leaders diplomatic passports. Valdemiro Santiago de Oliveira and Franciléia de Castro Gomes de Oliveira are married and members of the International Church of God’s Grace, a Brazilian evagelical church founded in 1980.
