Brazil: Police officers to receive anti-racism and religious tolerance education

A new project by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) aims at modifying the syllabus of the Police Academy Entrance Course for police officers and agents in Brazil.  Starting in the second semester (July-August through December) of 2018, the syllabus will include an online course on anti-racism and religious tolerance to better prepare police officers and agents to identify and fight racism and religious intolerance in the country.
