Blake is a co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Grandeur Peak Global Advisors, an investment firm focused on global equities. He was also a partner at Wasatch Advisors and a portfolio manager. Blake received a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is originally from Toronto, Canada.

Leslie, a neonatal nurse by trade, focuses her time on rearing her children. She and her husband, Blake, are the parents of four children.
