Bi Boti Séraphin Nene serves as the director of the African Center for the History of Law, Institutions, and Political Ideas. Previously, he held roles as dean of UFR Law and vice president of the University of Bouaké. He has directed numerous scientific works and authored several notable publications, including Histoire du Droit et des Institutions Méditerranéennes et Africaines. Des Origines à la Fin du Moyen-Âge Européen (Les Editions, ABC, 2017) and Les Institutions Coloniales de l’Afrique Occidentale Française (Abidjan, ABC, 2020).
