In 2019, Ana María Constanza Guzmán Labra earned her Bachelor of Legal Sciences with distinction from the Central University of Chile, and in 2020, she was sworn in as an attorney before the Supreme Court of Chile. In addition to her legal training, she has pursued diploma programs in human resource management, public procurement and contracting, and leadership and coaching. She is currently completing a master’s degree in public management and administration. Labra brings over 10 years of experience in private legal practice, and she is currently part of the legal firm Lex Soluciones. Throughout her career, she has actively participated in legislative advisory roles and served as Chief of Staff during both of Chile’s recent constitutional processes. She has recently taken on a new professional challenge as Advisor at the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency (Segpres), specifically within the National Office of Religious Affairs. Labra has been married for 13 years to Héctor Felipe Ortega Sepúlveda, and they are the proud parents of two daughters.
