Symposium 2010 Registration (for Non-Delegates)

Symposium Costs:

The conference cost of $40 includes CLE credit (credit must be applied for).  Lunch is also available upon request both Monday and Tuesday, for an additional cost of $15 per meal.  Payment may be made at the door upon arrival at the Symposium, or by one of the other methods listed below.  All registrations, including those to be paid at the door, must be received in the Accounting Office by October 2, 2010 or online by midnight that date.

Students attend the Symposium free of charge but must register. Regrettably, because of space considerations we are not able to invite students to attend the luncheons.

Registration Options:

Option 1:  Complete the online form before the deadline, and plan to pay by cash, check, or credit card at the Concierge Desk on the 3rd Floor of the J. Reuben Clark Law School upon arrival at the Symposium. 

Option 2:  Complete and submit page 1 of the online form and either (1) print and complete the credit card form and fax it to 801-422-0401 or (2) send a check for the total amount ($40 plus meals, if desired) payable to Brigham Young University to the following address:

Option 3:  Fill out page 1 of the printer friendly registration form. Mail completed form and payment to above address.
