Alejandro Santana Rosario


Legal Advisor to the Council Assemblies of God in the Dominican Republic
Alejandro Santana Rosario is a 2005 law graduate from Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. He is a legal advisor to the Council of the Assemblies of God and the Christian Dialogue and Representation Table in the Dominican Republic. Rosario has been a member of the Assembly of God Church of the Quisqueya Sugar Mill since 1978. He entered the Biblical Institute of the Assemblies of God, where he obtained a degree in theology in 1986 and later obtained the degree of Ordained Minister of the Evangelical Council of the Assemblies of God. He has also studied at the Institute for Ministerial Improvement in Springfield, Missouri, in the United States. He is the author of the book Religious Marriage and Its Civil Effects in the Dominican Republic and several unpublished works that include “From the Confessional State to the Secular State,” “The Non-Profit Institutions in the Dominican Republic: Incorporation Process and Legal Framework,” and “Freedom of Conscience and Religion in Public International Law.”
