Mariah Nuttall

Mariah Nuttall is a law student at BYU who is interested in the legal and community effects of religious freedom. After serving an eighteen-month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she attended BYU and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in music. While in college, she helped draft zoning codes for the City of Rivergrove, Oregon, and worked as a legislative intern for the Utah State House of Representatives. While studying international relations in Latin America, Ms. Nuttall found a passion for studying how religious practices and organizations influence political movements.
