David L. Smith is Managing Partner at Caproc Capital. He is a former Partner and co-founder of Veridicus Health (VRx), and President of Granite Alliance Insurance Company – both of which were acquired by Magellan Health. Recently, David and his wife, Rebecca, and their three children, returned from service as Mission Leaders of the New York, New York North Mission for the Church. A graduate of the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business, David has served on various local and national professional boards.

Rebecca has spent the last 22 years raising her family, and being involved in community and church service. Rebecca has volunteered at the MTC, the Texas PTA, the Union Gospel Mission and homeless shelter in Texas, and the Battered Women Foundation of Fort Worth. Rebecca is currently a student at BYU finishing a degree in Family Studies.
